A professional art therapist will run creative art activities using a variety of supplies such as: paint, collage materials, colored pencils, markers, pastels, clay and more. Art is a great way to visually express yourself and tap into your creative side. The benefits of art are many such as: reducing anxiety and stress, relaxation, socializing with others as you make art, increase in self esteem, and so much more!

Please pre-register before attending. Family and friends are welcome to join too but they will also need to pre-register. Note that if a class is cancelled for any reason we will contact you.

This program happens year round but please note below for seasonal dates.
