Tuesdays are “Cultural Art Nights” here at our Community Center. The third and fourth Tuesday of every month is Art Night. A professional art therapist will run this program and offer a variety of art activities that may include: painting, drawing, collage, clay, mosaics, sculpture, and jewelry making. Art is a great way to visually express yourself and tap into your creative side. The benefits of art are many such as: reducing anxiety and stress, relaxation, socializing with others as you make art, increase in self esteem, and more.
Please pre-register before attending. Also note that if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment we will contact you. If there are any dates you are not able to attend, please let the instructor or someone from the NAMI office know ahead of time if possible.
