This ongoing, free, recreation program is to support women veterans and is in partnership with AllenForce/SheForce (see description below). Participants will learn how to make beautiful jewelry such as: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, etc. All of the supplies are provided and you can take home what you make.
The benefits of making jewelry together include: trying a new art form, focusing on self-care, increasing self-esteem, exercising your fine-motor skills, improving social skills, increasing the ability to focus, reducing stress, elevating mood, improving cognitive performance, and having fun!
