Explore the art of moving meditation and improve your fitness and well-being. Dr. James Weeks will show us how to do this ancient Chinese exercise. The benefits of Tai Chi are many and include: improving your health, strength, balance and concentration. It can also help to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and encourage weight loss. For all of those benefits, why not give it a try?
Please pre-register before attending. Family and friends are also welcome to join but they will also have to pre-register. Note that if a class is cancelled for any reason we will attempt to contact you.
This is a four week program but if there is enough interest, the instructor may continue it past the four weeks.
