Teen Resiliency Workshops

Trouble handling expectations, school, and stress?  You’re normal!  Want to add some tools to your well-being toolbox?  NAMI DuPage is pleased to offer three half-day workshops for teens wanting to explore what resiliency looks like for them. Participants will walk away with exercises and tools they can practice themselves. Two of workshops are for high school age students, and one is for middle school age students.  Registration and $5 payment info below.

  • Exploring Resiliency
  • Building Teen Relationships
  • Tools for Stress Relief

Although light snacks will be provided, please bring your own sack meal.

Registration is simple!

  1. To register please fill out your information HERE.  Select the age-appropriate workshop.
  2. Then complete your registration payment of $5 HERE.

Registrants will receive confirmation emails upon completion of forms.

The workshop is a non-refundable $5 per participant, majority of costs off-set by the Topfer Family Foundation. If payment of $5 is a hardship, please contact Rachel Tsen, Youth Program Director, at 630-752-0066 to discuss.
