Run For The Mind

Run for the Mind
Virtual 5K Run/Walk
June 1 – August 31

Registration is OPEN!

We’ve gone virtual! Join us this year, wherever you are, to help us End the Silence & End the Stigma. We encourage you to get outside and enjoy the sunshine!

NAMI DuPage’s Annual Run for the Mind supports its broad array of programs and services which are free for individuals and families in need. The 5K Run/Walk is also a wonderful opportunity to show support for struggling individuals and families. By walking or running through YOUR local neighborhoods, you can help lift the stigma that often surrounds mental illness.

1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness at some point in their lifetime and 1 in 17 will live with a serious mental health diagnosis. NAMI DuPage works to reach these at-risk children and adults as well as provide quality mental health programs to parents and families of individuals with mental illness. We know that the need for mental health services will increase in the aftermath of the pandemic. This is why your support is so vitally important now! Please join with us as we help end the stigma of mental illness and provide desperately needed services to our families, friends, and neighbors throughout DuPage County and surrounding communities.

We will connect with each other via a Private Facebook Group Page open to all Race Participants.
