Get ready for a Day of Fitness and Fun at the DuPage County Fairgrounds!

Join us for an exhilarating event packed with exciting activities, all while helping us end the stigma! Your participation will make a difference. Let’s move, groove, and make a positive impact together!

Run or walk on our USATF certified 5K course, winding through scenic natural areas within the DuPage County Fairgrounds and Government Center. Not up for the 5K? Join the 1-mile Color Run, hosted by NAMI DuPage, Serenity House, and the Prevention Leadership Team. After crossing the finish line, refuel with a post-race breakfast included for all participants, and available for donation to race spectators. Light refreshments will be available at our post-race recovery area.

All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt!

Additionally, we will host a HEALTH FAIR. There will be booths and information from area health care providers and activities for people of all ages and abilities!

Important Information:

• Online registration closes at 11:59 P.M. on Thursday, 9/12/24.
• Registration is available in-person during packet pick-up on Friday, 9/13/24, between 12-7 P.M.
• Registration on Race Day, 9/14/24, is 7-7:30 A.M. for the 5K, and before 9:30 A.M. for the 1-Mi Color Run.

In the event of inclement and/or severe weather, this event will be canceled, and there will not be a rain date. No refunds, no exchanges.
