Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Classes
NAMI DuPage is pleased to offer the 8-week WRAP to individuals living with a mental health condition and continue building their knowledge and confidence in their recovery through building their crisis plan. For more information, please get in touch with Eric Metcalf at [email protected].

- Creating your wellness toolbox
- Learning key recovery concepts
- Designing a personal crisis plan
